Migo is in search of a Customer Support Admin who will be in charge of managing our communication channels for customer support. You will work closely with the Customer Support Specialist in ensuring that all feedback, issues and concerns of Migo users are attended to in a timely manner.
Responsibilities :
Manage Whatsapp and social media channels for customer feedback and concerns
Identify customers’ needs, attend to their issues and complaints, and process resolutions – escalating them to Product Team as needed
Communicate information and updates clearly and effectively to the customers
Always practice compassion and build good relationship with the customers
Assist the Marketing Team in their operational needs
Periodically check the customer support dashboard
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of experience in customer support function or related field
Empathetic and has a customer-first mindset
Good interpersonal skills, able to build internal and external relationships
Proactive and is able to multi-task; displays effective time management skills
Clear communicator with good English communication skills
Open to working outside of usual work hours to monitor customer support dashboard
Open to work on night shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and on weekends
Willing for 6 months contract basis
