Job Description

The Responsibilities:

  • Review, create, and evaluate routine purchase requisitions for supplies and services; ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures; monitor purchasing contracts for renewal.
  • Develop preliminary bid specifications and documents; meet with vendors to discuss and evaluate products and recommend purchases.

Maintain inventory stock and records; determine appropriate stock levels; receive and check in supplies.

  • Track purchase orders and work with vendors on issues and product quality.

Provide technical assistance on procurement processes; maintain detailed records and reports.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 4 years experience working as a procurement associate in a startup company
  • Critical thinker with strong negotiation skills and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
