About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the effective lead base management by coordinating with relevant parties at the end of the month to prepare for the next month lead base
  • Ensure to drop the lead base in timely basis ensuring the optimum number of base per Sales
  • Properly track & monitor the lead base are attempted by Sales and how it is converted to Closing/Sales
  • To analyze the Sales Performance & Productivity vs. their KPI and give insights to Sales Heads
  • Together with PV/HNW Portfolio & Segmentation Analytic Manager to advise the Sales Heads on Portfolio Analytic (T1-4), Balance of Business, ROA, etc
  • Responsible for all Sales Incentive Program & to increase CA/SRM Productivity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in Consumer Banking segment, and/or having experience in lead management for high net worth funding is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
  • Possess structured thought process and strong analytical skill
  • Ability to influence people directly and indirectly working with him/her
  • Proactive, intelligent and detail oriented
  • Work well under pressure and ability to work to the tight deadline
  • Strong excel and spreadsheet skills are preferred
