Your role:
This position will interact with different functions at the site to improve product quality and to provide support for continuous improvement projects. This position will support Production in process testing. The individual shares responsibility for lab equipment maintenance, housekeeping and other lab support functions while ensuring compliance with all established quality requirements and standards.
Activities include developing standards as well as ensure the compliance of quality, HSE system, procedures, specifications and other QC documentation and processes while keep an eye for continuous improvement and preventive activities.
Responsible to assure good coordination in QC activities (scheduling, testing, reporting ) including completeness of testing and report as per timeline, as well as improve productivity and efficiency related with Products, Stability and Micro testing for incoming items and local manufactured item.
Prepare or Review QC 's SOPs, Testing Procedures, Specifications, and other QC documents. Ensure that those documents are valid, timely available and properly implemented in QC Lab.
Responsible to review testing results
Monitor the QC Lab schedule and keep on track and evaluate all monitoring results and prepare the corresponding report as per timeline.
Who You Are:
Minimum graduated from apothecary background (registered pharmacist) OR at least having minimum 1-year experience in QC Laboratory is preferred.
Fluent in English (able to communicate and conduct presentation and write report in English)
Solid knowledge in GLP, cGMP standard, safety, OHSAS.
Proven skills in using QC instrumentation and test method such as HPLC and Spectrophotometer.
Willing to work in Pharma QC Area, with possibility of rotating shift.
Hard worker, responsible, high initiative and integrity.
Having good communication and attitude as well as collaborative to work in team.
Strong analytical thinking, fast learner with detail orientation.
Willing for work in contract basis 6 months under 3rd party(and will beextended based on performance appraisal)
