Job Description

Role : We seek a Project Associate to help kick start our pilot in Lombok and conduct observational quantitative and qualitative research in order to get valuable market insights.

Your responsibilities include:
You will be our solo operator in helping to manage and report day-to-day operation of pilot

You will arrange and execute socialization event to Ibu-Ibu

You will execute promotion activities

You will be our ears and eyes on the ground to let us know what we can do better in order to leverage our transaction and revenue in our refill station.

You will liaise directly with the Special Projects Team and Operations Team in order to get the data, develop the insights, and create strategies on how to better acquire the customers and create higher customer retention.

Qualifications:
Orginated from Lombok (located in Mataram will be preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social and Political Science, Business, Engineering and/or International Relations.

Have 0-2 years or internship experience in fast paced environment (FMCG, Startup or Consulting)

Have experience conducting project in remote area or running your own business would be a plus

Fluent in Bahasa and English.

Ability to multitask and prioritise.

Self-starter and tinkerer.

Ability to self-manage without daily micromanagement.

Passionate about impact.

Willing to work from field (mobile) in Mataram

Ability to make report

Willing to get your hands dirty
