Responsibilities: Support business users in defining. designing, and improving business process and system design in customer experience side.
Support product team and technology team in the development and implementation of customer experience e-commerce system.
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology, System Information, or Computerized Accounting.
At least 2 years of working experience as Business or System Analyst.
Have experience as web developer or software engineer, and able to use SQL query is an advantage point.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Detail, pro active, and good interpersonal skills.
Act as first point of contact for client issues.

Support Reinsurance Administration on Claim recovery part.
They will support optimal reinsurance structure for new product(s) and its end-to-end process.
Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 2 years experienced in same postion.
Advance in Ms. Excel dan sales data analysis.
Have driving license (SIM A).
