ARKdesign group of companies is seeking Finance, Accounting and Company Management Manager for immediate employment. The position, located at ARKdesign Architects, Jakarta office in Kebon Jeruk, Indesign Domus and Safyooz Jakarta office in Jalan Blora. ARKdesign specializes in the design and documentation of high-rise and complex building architecture (visit website : www.arkdesign-architects.com). Indesign Domus specializes in interior design and hospitality architecture (visit website : www.indesigndomus.com). The focus of the candidate will, however, be in the General Management of Safyooz, a general company that markets, manufactures and design bath ware products internationally (visit website : www.safyooz.com). ARKdesign group of companies is searching for candidates that have the ability to be a role model, be client-focused, be impactful and be decisive.

Job Description and Minimum Requirement

Male/Female, min. 30 years old.
Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university in finance, accounting or in a related field. A Master’s degree may be required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
Good human resources management skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Managerial Position.
Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation and leadership skill.
Have great communication and high responsibility.
Able to work individual as well as team.
Excellent on cash flow management controller and able to handle all Finance & Accounting and taxation (Withholding Tax, PPh) business process. Planning and organizational skills.
Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of Finance & Accounting services that may include, but are not limited to : general accounting, account payable, payroll, auditing, and financial reporting.
Familiar with taxation, budgeting, and general reporting.
Ensure accurate and proper implementation of corporate tax policies.
Detail oriented, hands-on & solution-oriented approach, strong commercial approach and good in analytical and computer skill.
Fluent in English is an advantage.
Professional, well presented, and having an effective communication skill, possesses the ability to coordinate, influence and lead people.
Having the attitude of honesty, integrity, initiative as well as self-discipline, logical, detail orientated and accurate.
Proactive cooperation in the work environment, and ability to work in high-pressure environment.
Formulates and administers policies on subjects such as employee conduct and discipline, use of company property, accounting and handling of money.
Evaluates department or division performance through the examination of revenues, costs, sales or service volume and other statistical data.
Hires, terminates and reassigns department, division or site heads, as well as supervisors and other employees.
Plans and allocates the use of equipment, materials, other assets and human resources.
Resolves conflicts among employees.
Reports to top-level executives and shareholders.
