Job Description Summary The Account Manager is responsible to achieve sales and profit target of BD products at the areas assigned, and develop market share. Provide guidance and training for distributors/sub-distributors’ sales forces and customers. Job Description Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.
  • Build good relationship with distributors’ team on assigned area, and work together with them to achieve sales and profit target.
  • Work together with distributors’ team on assigned area to provide monthly sales forecast in order to provide sufficient stock of BD products.
  • Create demand for new products to enter the market.
  • Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.
  • Develop and grow market share of BD products within the assigned area.
  • Conduct in-service trainings to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub-distributors’ sales forces.
Job Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should come from Med Tech background / industry or nurse
  • Prior experience and knowledge in Analis Laboratory is highly preferred.
  • Has sales & marketing working experience in a similar field.
  • Familiar with the Sumatera area, especially for Pekanbaru, Batam and Padang
  • The role will be based in Pekanbaru area.
