Responsible to lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of a range of strategies and initiatives to drive profitable growth across your assigned business.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Formulate agency channel strategy in line with corporate strategy
Lead and manage specific strategy projects to develop, plan and, where appropriate, operationalize strategic initiatives, in collaboration with internal and external (e.g. consultants) parties
Lead annual strategic planning activities in respect of agency, and ongoing performance tracking and analytics
Lead internal, market and competitor analytics to support the agency strategy and specific initiatives
Oversee all data related to activation for performance reporting purposes and leverages on data to understand key challenges in executing the strategies
Formulate attractive and impactful incentive and rewards for the Agency force, balancing between cost efficiency and attractiveness of the rewards to support the achievement of the sales strategy and drive activation.

Qualification:
Degree in business or related fields of study
Able to speak English and write reports in English
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience, significant insurance and/or financial services industry experience; agency channel knowledge and exposure highly preferred
Strong team leadership in managing large teams and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge and Skill:
Strategic thinking and execution skills, solutions driven, highly analytical
Detail oriented, creative, ambitious, influential
