The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement and retention while also improving existing processes and procedures through collaboration with key stakeholders across the business. This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, engagement, and development plans.

Our HRBPs are trusted advisors to the business, and champions of our company culture. Most importantly, we operate as a team; we are highly collaborative, humble, and supportive of each other's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a sound understanding of business strategy and partner with your business stakeholders to implement high-quality HR practices.
2. Collaborate closely with business units & recruitment teams to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies and output are aligned with our growth plans and timelines.
3. Coach and mentor business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance & support when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
5. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide structured solutions across various HR initiatives and projects.
6. Guide employees through their onboarding experience, providing a great landing program, and continued 1:1 coaching in their first 90 days.
7. Support HR operation activities: e.g. on-boarding of new employees, exit reviews, etc.
8. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
9. Be the ambassador of TikTok organizational culture and plan and implement organizational culture activities to continue driving employee engagement.
1. 5-7 years of experience of Human Resources experience preferably as an HRBP in a tech/internet organization.
2. Sound HR knowledge with hands-on experience of managing the entire employee lifecycle.
3. High sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and wear multiple hats on a daily basis.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
6. Detail oriented with strong written, oral and verbal presentation skills.
7. Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills.
