About the Role
As the Senior Project manager for Creative Labs, you’ll take the wheel in developing strong relationships with the marketing team, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Reporting to the VP of the Creative stream, you’ll lead the discussion with the creative team amongst various internal stakeholders, and oversee the production process from ideation to production and ensure everything is well managed according to the brief. You’ll get a front row seat (and get your hands dirty) in running impactful marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do
Act as a liaison between the creative and BU’s marketing team in conveying information, facilitating discussion in every step of process, ensuring clear understanding between each parties, and making sure everything gets done flawlessly
Monitor the marketing’s budget, justify the costs, and negotiate new terms when necessary
Keep up on trends and changes that might affect to the campaign
Provide progress reports to upper management
Ensure every projects output are well managed according to the marketing’s brief
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
Passionate about great work for the team and our business
Has strong communication skills and articulations, particularly during verbal communications and presentations
Able to build strong relationship with creative and marketing team
Has a good understanding of stakeholders and is able to manage stakeholder’s expectations
About the Team
What is Creative Labs? A bunch of creative geeks? A cult of mad scientists? The truth is… we’re a combination of both! As part of the Gojek Marketing Team, we’re made up of Project Managers, Accountants, Strategists, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Art Director and Social Media Creatives who work together to turn business objectives into creative outputs. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, our main focus is to create the right communication - copy, visuals, medium included - to heighten user acquisition. We want to convey to as many people as possible the value of Gojek’s products in solving everyday problems - from food, transport, to payments - and easing our daily routines.
We prioritize in-depth understanding of our target audience, and craft all of our creative campaigns based on these findings. Some of these past campaigns include Foodiskon, Ramadan, “It’s OK To Be Lebay”, and J3K. Currently, our team has been working on a lot of innovation and promotional campaigns, which will help Gojek maintain our leadership in the market.
Unsurprisingly, our creative family comprises music enthusiasts, coffee connoisseurs, and movie buffs. Regardless of whether we’re working from home or the office, one of our favorite aspects of being a part of the Creative Labs fam is that we get to dress however we want!
