Job Description

Location: Indonesia Indonesia

Below are the job description that will be covered :

  • Confirm that loadings are entered correctly into the system and resolve any problems associated in this area. Check actual quantities received against planned/loaded quantities and ensure that correct quantities are captured in a timely manner
  • Support monitoring daily stock levels at depots and effectively communicate with Operations and Supply in order to prevent depot stock outs
  • Support monitoring additive operation and stock levels at depots and inform parties accordingly in order to prevent additive stock outs
  • Support TM on activities pertaining to Purchasing such as creating PR/PO in GSAP, manage logistic and office supply
  • Support TM on any activities regarding ex JV (PT GDT) administration and documentation that covering Tax Audit and Financial Report
  • Support Terminal Operation Supervisor (TOS) on daily terminal operation activities:
  • Supervise & monitoring daily terminal operations activities on truck gantry loading
  • Support for product receipt operations at Terminal
  • Support monitoring equipment/operation tools license validity

Below are the requirement that will be covered :

  • Minimum Diplome Degree of Engineering
  • At least 2 years experience as Engineer in manufacture industry
  • Experience handling PO, Purchasing, admin
  • Preferably residents located in Gresik, Surabaya, and Lamongan area
  • Willing to be placed at Gresik area with contract based
