Job Description

Uraian Tugas
  • Maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction
  • Responsible for the general appearance of the rooms and their bathrooms, cleanliness, working conditions of the equipment, the overall décor and atmosphere
  • Manages the stocks of guests’ supplies and advertising documents and supervises their distribution
  • Responsible for all equipment used in his department as well as the cleaning supplies.
  • Responsible for all master keys in the hotel
