About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and multinational bank. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Description

  • Pro-active identification, investigation and enhancement for credit procedure and process
  • Closely monitor the change of trend in macro environment and credit portfolio risks
  • Perform and control credit portfolio planning
  • Oversight the tools and methodology for credit risk assessment
  • Create credit scoring from scratch
  • Build the credit policy for the credit department

The Successful Applicant

  • Undergraduate degree and 5+ years relevant experience in retail/ SME/ commercial banking; risk management preferred
  • Risk management certification level 3 (BSMR level 3)
  • Strong knowledge Bank Indonesia and OJK credit regulations
  • Eye for detail in credit or operational environment
  • Good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships across units and business partners
