Key Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities and Task :
  • Provide customer service through Digital (e.g Whatsapp, email) and Telephone channel.
  • Assist direct customers in travel planning, ticketing matters and provide after excellent sales service support.
  • Recommend Cathay Pacific products, fares and services to capture any sales opportunity.
  • Consistently promote the appropriate Cathay Pacific e-products to encourage self-service and enhance the customer experience.
  • Respond to general enquiries and feedback customers and travel agents.
  • Be at the ‘front end’ of the business with responsibilities to serve walk-in customers as required.
  • Participate in any continuous improvement projects as required
  • E&A: Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required

Requirements


Qualifications:
Qualifications / Experience
  • Academic qualification: Holding a diploma in any major.
  • Minimum has one year of working experience in related field
  • Knowledge, Skills:
  • Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
  • Having an ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess customer-centric mindset.
  • Possess great problem solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Be able to work independently as well as with a team.
