Job Description

SHANGRI-LA HOTEL JAKARTA

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for protection of Guests, Staff, Assets and other resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current, continuing and immediately foreasable security and safety requirements of the hotel, designing and implementing a comprehensive security programed consistent with the identified risks.

Reporting to Security Manager/Chief Security for Operational.

Requirements:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Diploma or bachelor graduation

Having a minimum of 2 years solid work experience in the same position, similar capacity at an international company/luxury hotel brand.
Strong in security operations, legal liaison and good relationship and networking with police
Strong leadership and communication skills
