Role : We seek a Junior Product Intern who can help manage the development process of our mobile app and general development of our overall product (to door delivery of consumer products). You will be working directly with our head of engineering and founders in a small team within a fast-paced environment.

Brainstorm ways to define the product strategy and roadmap

Monitor the metrics of what a successful product looks like

Co-lead the ideation, research, design and development of the product

Deliver product requirement docs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

Incorporate customer feedback and business goals into the product roadmap

Test the app and pilot overall product

Hold high responsibility and take ownership of the product

Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers to build the product according to the specified requirements

Collaborate with other departments to align the product strategy with the business goals

Since we are an early stage startup, sometimes this means you will need to work on any other tasks that may arise
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business and/or any other related field

Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products (internship, coursework, DIY projects)

Technical background, with experience in mobile app development and/or Quality Assurance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven track record in Project Management. Familiarity in project management tools such as JIRA is preferred

Experience in Scrum / Agile environment would be a huge plus

Fluent in both English and Bahasa
