Job Description

The key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • to provide the first point of contact for customer enquiries specifically regarding the customer's orders, deliveries, or back orders
  • to proactively address customer concerns and requests, developing solutions that demonstrate the promise of delivering quality value and service
  • to promote the organisation's products and services to customers through all interactions and telephone contact
  • to coordinate the quality control and customer response process and manage the credit claims process efficiently
  • to support the new product development enquiry process, including samples management managing artwork transition, mock-ups, and concepts

The Successful Applicant

  • possesses high level of communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with ability to establish credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • possesses developed computer and data management skills
  • is proactive in approach, can maintain own energy and set the standard for others
  • has highly developed problem solving skills
  • is able to work remotely and reporting to manager based overseas
  • has the ability to establish rapport through a variety of communication mediums - including mobile phone, teleconferencing & virtual meetings
