Job Description

To ensure that Hose Fabrication job in the workshop recorded and reported accurately into the system and the file, and also participate to create and improvement the Hose Fabrication process in system Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Refreshing, updating and Prepare hose weekly plan list
Creating and closing production order (Job Order & Consumables for Hose Fabrication)
Creating Replenishtment Order to Warehouse Dept and follow up its material
Entry/Inputing daily time sheet in Baan system
Request required order or quotation to Purchasing Dept
Internal Purchase Order creation
Update mechanic's attendance report to sharepoint
Send delivery note of job completion to warehouse
Control and updating Job Routing and Bill of Material
Monitoring Hose Fab tool and prepare according to calibration schedule
Process & Filing all documentation related to Job Order
Updating hose KPI cards
Competencies
Bachelor’s degree and a first experience in a related field
Full professional or bilingual proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
Dedicated, confident and self motivated team player
Ability to work under high pressure and prioritize workload Our Offer
