Job Description
  • Developing & managing IT Infrastructure, including but not limited to network, server, database, internet, cctv, office access and IT security
  • Managing end-user accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Atlassian, Confluence)
  • Handling asset management for Indonesia office (IT inventory list)
  • Managing IT related needs for employee onboarding & offboarding
  • Handling vendor management (ISP, Laptop, etc.)
  • Preparing for ISO 27001
  • Project delivery, from proposal until go live

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major
  • Having 4-7 years experience in handling IT infrastructure, IT operations and support
  • Self-initiative, hands-on problem solver, and result driven
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Experience in ISO 27001 preparation would be an advantage
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels within organization as well as with external parties
  • Data-driven is a must
