Role Summary: This role objective is to identify, analyze and improve existing general business processes within the organization to meet its goals through quality productivity and cost. Responsibilities: You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to guide process optimization, track new processes and new technology in production applications.
  • Developing, identifying, analyzing and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not related to manufacturing). The results of these improvement process, and the application of new technologies should help the Workshop to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Assist the production workshop to establish standard operating procedures and monitor their implementation. This is done by applying process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and gap/problem analysis.
  • Planning implementing quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Supporting development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures Includes Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen practitioners.
  • Train team members to become independent thinkers by providing coaching and mentoring and developing training opportunities.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
