Job Description

1. Research Indonesian bestsellers, popular TV series, popular novels from reading apps and grasp the market trends to guide the editor team;
2. Lay down content strategy and direction, and lead the editor team to complete monthly goals;
3. Responsible for scouting Indonesian online novels and writers, signing writers, and maintaining good relationships with writers. Offer writers writing guidance based on Indonesian market demands to ensure profit optimization;
4. Follow up on the data and promotion performances of signed novels, adjust signing strategy based on the performance analysis.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Indonesian and English writing, speaking and listening. Literature major preferred;
2. Team management experience is a must, preferably in Indonesian original novels. Experienced in cross-cultural communication;
3. Strong content moderation and editing skills, good at communication and identifying writers' key needs. Candidates with online novel writer resources preferred;
4. Online novel lover and reader, familiar with online novels and reader preference, have insights and deep understanding of the online novel market;
5. Patient, careful, driven, responsible, good at communication, and team-spirited. Fast learner with strong adaptability.
