Job Description:

Perform regular stock takes as per SOP in order to maintain data accuracy and product or material traceability.
Perform receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes as per SOP to maintain smooth warehouse operation.
Ensure incoming and outgoing materials or shipments are accurate and free of damage and FIFO/FEFO delivery are controlled adequately.
Perform documentation and data processing as per SOP to ensure on-time data accuracy and product/material traceability.
Perform excise document control and close coordination and communication with excise officers to ensure on-time conformance to government regulation
Perform regular measurement, report, and general review of performance for each area of responsibility to ensure KPI achievement
Perform regular monitoring for good housekeeping and safety implementation as per hygiene and safety standards to ensure a ‘good and safe place for work’.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree (Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Technical)
Experience in warehouse operations or logistics
Determined to learn, taking own initiatives and open-minded culture, and short decision paths
Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experienced in SAP is preferable
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to be placed in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto - Surabaya
