Job Description

6,500,000 IDR ~ 7,500,000 IDR
Cikarang
- Education: Bachelor Degree in any major (GPA min. 3,4)
- Language: English (Communicative) and the ability to speak Japanese is preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Automotive Trading or Automotive Manufacture company as EXIM Staff is mandatory.
- Able use CEISA system
- Understanding Import and Export Procedure
- Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, B/L
- Understand HS Code, Lartas, Tax, COO
- Understand control price invoice
- Able access system INSW, Inatrade,Siinas, Kso Sucofindo, OSS
- Driver License: SIM A (Mandatory)

About work仕事内容について

Communication with Forwarder
Booking KSO Sucofindo for arranging an inspection, DHL, Fedex
Submit Import License to Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Trade
Report to Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Industry per month.
Manage & control air and sea shipment from Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.
Monitoring import kuota
