Job Purpose

  • Ensure daily truck availability for customer delivery.
  • Ensure the trucks are picking up the goods at warehouse and deliver to customers on time / as per customer request.
  • Control monthly transport cost as per budget based on optimization of truck load.
  • Ensure on time delivery to customers.
  • Lead and drive continues improvement process at distribution operation align with company regulation.
  • Coordinator for TMS implementation
  • Transporters contract and performance management

Key Accountabilities

  • Create daily delivery planning based on orders priority / customer request and send it to related parties (transporters, customer service, warehouse, etc.) on D-1 with planning accuracy is 98% from the plan.
  • Follow up / confirmation Daily Delivery Monitoring to each of transporters to get problem or issues that face by them, if the delivery longer than agreed lead time with OTIF target is 99%.
  • Communicate to other parties for delivery issues and also the action plan.
  • For Marine Business, ensure to contact the agency D-1 before deliver the products, and if there is any changes, it need to communicate to related parties (Customer Service, Warehouse and Transporters) immediately.
  • Analyze performance transporters (for truck availability & on time delivery) on monthly basis, inform the transporters performances and discuss with them how to increase it.
  • Create the daily delivery planning by considering their service and rates, also government truck regulations.

  • Search continues improvement on delivery area.
  • Safe behavior and implement a Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations and comply with the company include LSR

Education

Educational qualification: Diploma / Bachelor Degree with 2 years experiences of warehousing
