Job Description

Persyaratan
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

2. Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux-based environments.

3. Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)

4. Solid Cloud UCC experience, preferably in Cisco Webex, or Zoom Cloud Meetings.

5. Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)

6. Experience with monitoring systems

7. Experience with automation software (e.g., Lightware, Crestron, Extron, etc)

8. Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts)

9. Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)

10. Active listening and communication skills

11. Ability to think creatively

12. Problem-solving skills

13. Coordination and teamwork skills

14. Must be able to communicate in English Tanggung Jawab
1. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure on the customer site.

2. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

3. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

4. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

5. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

6. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

7. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

8. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
