Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as HR Benefit Specialist & Operations, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities related with employee benefit scheme, working hours policy, employee attendance system and ensure all employee benefit program are implemented as per guideline.
A day in the life of...
  • Keep and ensure employees data privacy
  • Ensure all benefit schemes are in place and as per guideline
  • Ensure the attendance system done properly by maintain working hours compliance
  • Supervise and ensure all activities related with employee benefit program are implemented according to company policy
  • Ensure the registration of BPJS, pension scheme, and health insurance for new employee
  • Provide accurate employee data report for Management
What will make you successful
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Passionate to give excellence service to employees
  • Accurate, flexible, and able to give fast response
  • Has experience 1 years in similar role would be preferable
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Has good understanding about Local Regulatory Manpower and Human Resource Policy
