Job Descriptions

    • You’ll be in charge of maintain and improve drivers registration and onboarding funnel from driver registered until they pay the deposit
    • Daily performance monitoring of 15 drivers onboarding agent
    • Regular SOP refreshment and agent performance improvement planning review
    • Ensure driver leads assignment well distributed to the onboarding agents
    • Doing QA for verified drivers
    • In charge of change vehicle or drivers information
    • Aligned with related stakeholders to update onboarding policy
    • Doing regular update on driver registration communications script
    • Support lead generations team to monitor or execute some initiatives

Job Requirements

    • Graduate from reputable university
    • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field (call center lead in ecommerce, ride hailing, or on demand platform)
    • Experience managing large team is a plus
    • Familiar with Google Spreadsheets and reporting
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill
    • Able to meet the target determined by company
    • Fluent in English
