Job Profile Summary

Responsible for assisting in improving process safety to achieve the goal of "no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment", conducting inspections, investigating incidents, undertaking hazard assessments and assisting in providing health and safety training to the relevant workforce.

Accountabilities

Contributing to the development of the PU HSSE plan to ensure delivery of the GSC HSSE Plan within country Manufacturing and Planning & Logistic (P&L) Operations and ensuring BP and SPU requirements are met.
Ensuring HSSE policies and standards are understood and implemented as a joint accountability with the Plant and P&L managers, to meet BP requirements in implementing OMS, and that actions are closed out from OMS risk reviews, OMS gap assessments, audits, RCA investigations, and Peer Reviews, etc.
Support & assist Country Business Risk Manager for all HSSE calendar agenda to be delivered for Supply Chain. Provide all HSSE data submission for Supply Chain which required by the Country Business Risk Manager
Proactively influencing the Plant and P&L managers to ensure their compliance with all applicable HSSE legislation & BP requirements, and to ensure the consequences of non-compliance are understood. Ensure all HSSE requirements are being enforced in the Manufacturing, Logistic, Admin, and surrounding the plant community. Working closely with all departments to ensure all activities & projects are fully compliance with HSSE standard. Engaging local community and surrounding companies on improving HSSE standard, for the benefit of the Plant.
Coaching the Plant and P&L Leadership Team to ensure they have the competence to fulfil their HSSE accountabilities, and to provide leadership to their staff in HSSE. Responsible to give HSSE coaching and guiding for all Supply chain staff & contractor
Responsible to facilitate and organize HSSE training, fire-fighting drill, road safety audit, annual safety audit, risk assessment and other HSSE compulsory agenda being perform on the regular basis.
Ensuring that HSSE risks are incorporated into the decision-making process with respect to operational activities in Manufacturing and P&L operations, in particular identifying and recommending mitigations for key risks.
Ensuring the Plant & P&L Managers implement the HSSE systems, processes and tools necessary to ensure delivery of OMS, HSSE policies and practices.
In CoW process will responsible as : CoW Authority for Merak Plant, Area Authority and Permit Issuer Authority for Surrounding Area, L2 HITRA Facilitator, Isolation Authority and Gas Tester
Leading key HSSE processes in the Plant, including Risk Assessment, Incident Classification, Notification and Investigation, to meet regulatory and BP requirements
Coaching line management to ensure conformance with external HSE management system standards, such as ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS 16949
Act as BP Contract Accountable Manager to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the Working with Contractor process throughout for Security Provider Company. Responsible for managing and monitoring all Security matters in the Plant.
Responsible for maintenance and inspection of all the safety equipment or any Critical equipment to safety in the plant.
Responsible for ensuring that Tool box meeting and weekly safety talk are being performed accordingly.
Single point responsibility in supply chain for traction entry procedure
Responsible for all legal and licensing matter for the Plant Operation and take action as necessary to comply.
Act as administrator for OMS ONLINE at the plant, ensuring plant processes, procedures & practices are updated in OMS ONLINE and promoting the use of OMS ONLINE as the main document repository for plant staff.

Essential Educations

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline.
Formal HSSE qualification is preferable such as AK3 Umum

Essential Experience and Job Requirement

Willing to be based in Merak, Banten
Experience in HSSE role(s) or Operational roles with substantial HSSE accountabilities minimum 5 year
Speaks & write English fluently
Able to use basic computer software (MS Excel, MS Word)
