Job Description

Responsible for supporting MDN business units in their daily IT operations and liaising with IT group services that have been implemented into MDN business unit business processes. IT Operation in collaboration with the CTO (or other senior IT officials within MDN) develops an IT support system regularly to meet the growing needs of the production unit.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Information System / Computer science

Freshgraduates

Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to analyze needs and problems that arise in daily IT operations.

Understanding the workings of each software used in the creative industry (Maya, Adobe, Nuke, etc.) and the research development industry (analytic software, surveys, etc.) is preferred.

Mastering Windows and Linux systems and administration in server and desktop environments.

Willing to work outside of normal business hours in the event of an emergency.
