Job Description

Persyaratan

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to handle customers and service

Work experience as barista / asst. barista min. 1 year

High level of energy with strong customer service skills.

Basic math and computer skills
Attention to detail
Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints

High discipline, have an integrity and responsible

Detail oriented, Active, good attitude, hard-working & highly motivated

Have a driver license and personal transportation Tanggung Jawab

Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping customer locate items and providing advice or recommendations on product
Operating scanners, scales, cash registers and other electronics.
Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales (include process refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints)

Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.

Responsible of reporting every product and inventory (in and out stock per delivery)

Responsible of packaging process to ensure safe delivery product to each customer

Following and supporting all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards or the purchase of specific items according to sales & marketing program at store

Maintaining a clean workspace
