JOB DESCRIPTION

In this position you will…

You will manage the relationship for all aspects, represent Bolttech Device Protection Indonesia as the go to person for all the relationship’s stakeholders, accountable for overall revenue, growth, and operational KPIs and finally the relationship’s satisfaction levels with bolttech


You will be responsible for…

  • Develop trust relationships with major client to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and ensure the expectations are managed
  • Constantly hunting for new opportunities within the key account that are aligned with the overall strategies
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objective
  • Ensure the correct products, propositions and service are delivered to customers in timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationship
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Management of sales and service teams to deliver profitable growth
  • Keep up to date market trends and introduce appropriate action

  • Ability to influence key persons within client and internally on strategic priorities and gaining support to implement the same
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Has good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction, customer segmentation model.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal stakeholders and other cross-border collaboration
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from reputable university or BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager preferably in smartphone / Consumer Electronics retail
  • Min. 5 years' experience as Account Manager or sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Wide and deep experience in managing large/ complex key accounts with multiple stake-holders
  • Good knowledge and experience in business planning and in developing business proposals
  • Good sense of P&L/ Pricing/ client’s commercial needs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Data driven and problem solving oriented
  • Excellence in English verbal and written
  • Reasonably adept in Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
