Company: Our Client is a leader in Electronics Manufacturing Services


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partner: Work as a member of the HR leadership team to develop and deploy overall business and HR strategies
  • Create HR strategy to align with overall business operations and implementation strategy for the development and improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, co-ordinate, direct and execute comprehensive HR activities leveraging various HR resources
  • Ability to apply and adapt best practices and techniques to the requirements of the business plan
  • Deliver maximum HR services at most efficient cost
  • Internships and Scholarships
  • Government Relations (including registrations and certifications)
  • Organization diagnosis, alignment and transformation
  • Implements and champions Corporate HR programs
  • Advises management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the entire spectrum of HR functions

Requirements:

  • A good first university degree, master degree holders are encouraged to apply
  • Proven HR experiences in management roles in MNCs, preferably with at least 10 years in manufacturing environment, EMS industry will have a distinct advantage
  • Well versed with Indonesian labor and industrial laws and prevailing HR practices and legislations
  • Possess prior experience in dealing with union matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all level of staff
  • Proven leadership and motivational capabilities while being a solid team player
  • Self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong people-relations and influencing skills
  • Strong command of English
  • Possess initiative and drive
  • Strong people orientation and the ability to establish and develop positive working relationships with local managers, confident, inspiring and possessing good people judgement
  • Must fit into the corporate culture, driven, willing to embrace challenges, the ability to meet challenges, aggressive yet diplomatic in people management and comfortable with an open communication style
  • Indonesian Citizenship
