Work you’ll do
Standard technical responsibilities:
  • Upload and conduct data cleansing and data analysis
  • Build SQL script according to the business requirement needs
  • Build a visualization dashboard to present analysis result
Standard business responsibilities:
  • Take charge on an assigned project scope
  • Lead the on-field project team, track, and monitor the assigned project scope progress
  • Learn & understand business process cycle or system data flow as part of analytics works
  • Identify and document analytics insights based on analytics result
  • Report to the project manager or client counterpart on periodical basis
Others:
  • Maintain administrative requirement completeness such as time sheet, work documentations, and other administrative requirements
  • Actively participate and/or contribute to company events / initiatives
  • Continuously improve own & team's skills & knowledge by studying, participating in training programs, and professional certifications

Requirements
Standard technical requirements:
  • Have a good understanding of Database management
  • Proven SQL Server & Visual Studio skill
  • Understanding of other programming language such as R, Python, SAS etc is a plus
  • Know how to use data visualization software such as Tableau / Power BI / other data visualization software
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications is mandatory
Business requirements
  • Familiar with Banking & Financial Services Industries business process
  • Good analytics skill
    • Ability to interpret data & draw conclusions
    • Understand business implications, the impact, and significance of the conclusion to the business
  • Business process flow mapping (understand process flow chart)
  • Soft Skill:
    • Good verbal and written communication both in English and Bahasa
    • "Can do" attitude
