We are looking for a People Partner Intern who is full of creative ideas and eager to contribute on a large scale.
People Partner Intern's responsibilities to perform various administrative tasks and support our People Acquisition and Organization Development department’s daily activities include updating our employee records with new hire information, clerical tasks, and updating reports.
Update our internal databases, maintain files, and other clerical duties.
Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations if needed.
Supporting for DANACare programs such as weddings/calamity/baby born announcement, and another session.
Attend and participate in organizing People Partner events
Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Management, Human resource, or related fields.
Experienced with Ms. Office, especially in Excel.
Strong analytical skills, and problem-solving with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
