  • ensure the process of measuring and improving consumer satisfaction of all seven group brands runs well
  • analyze and evaluate the consumer service procesess
  • ensure the service improvement runs optimally
  • conduct reviews and take reports related to feedback from clients / customers
  • conduct research and analysis related to customer experience

Requirements :

  • minimal education bachelor degree (S1) all majors
  • experienced at least 1 year for the same position (related position)
  • experienced f&b industry is prioritized
  • has an interpersonal skill, leader ship, and good analytical thinking
  • strong understanding of business processes and customer experience
  • willing to be placed in bintaro, jakarta selatan
