Part of the Sulawesi Operations Team which supports overall data processing and analysis operational activities for the deciphering the impact on our regional business. The team works closely with various teams within Grab, such as City Ops, Area Support and other Data teams to understand data requirements, identify and track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights that are relevant and tailors to regions evolving needs.
Get to know the Role
Responsible for collecting and executing ways to use data, to measure and analyse business and operations performance for Sulawesi area.
Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.
Provide analytical support on strategic business and operational projects, using big data to tackle the toughest challenges for the business. Initiate operational reporting activities, monitoring key metrics and alerting operational managers on potential issues
Create business automation projects to streamline manual processes and automate reporting
Design reports and performance measurement dashboards supporting Sulawesi strategic operational projects
Requirement
Bachelor (and/or) degree and fluent in Bahasa and English preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering
Experience in business, strategy and/or tech consulting would be an advantage. Strong foundation in data query and data visualisation using tools like Tableau and Power BI
Manipulation usingSQLis a plus point
1-2 years experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science role, preferably in an 'Direct to Consumer' company with large, complex, high velocity data
Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences and passion about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration.
Willing to be placed in Makassar
