Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify manpower needs
Support & drive best practice recruiting and hiring practices across the TA team
Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
Report on a regular basis to stakeholders about candidate pipelining, talent mapping, and effectiveness of recruitment plans

Applying best practices for employer branding activities
At least 5 years of experience in Human Capital/Talent Acquisition and 2 years of experience in managing team
Proven experience in innovating recruitment to acquire talents
Demonstrated success in recruiting for a high-volume hiring environment for a fast-paced and growing company where priorities can change
Have experience in Employer Branding
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, senior leaders, and peers alike
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy kind of person
Have strong leadership, good communication skills and problem-solving
Nice to have: Have worked at Technology companies/startups
