Job Description

Customer Service Trainer will be responsible but not limited to this Job Descriptions:

  • Develop a curriculum to support the training program
  • Design and evaluate training material
  • Conduct regular refreshment training
  • Conduct training/ refreshment regarding a new product, promotion, or new flow
  • Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service, or products
  • Responsible for new hires and existing agent training program
  • Maintain updated records for all formal customer service documentation


Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher degree from a business-related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, and 1 year as a trainer
  • Familiar with Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
