Your ‘day to day’
Support strategy definition, process and implementation working closely with key stakeholders.
Facilitate effective Program Management in line with established processes and governance, advising CS Head on decision-making regarding project prioritization, resources allocation and review of existing projects
Identify necessary process and tool changes needed by global initiatives and or local/regional needs.
Work with PMI at global /region/market to develop transition plan, including change management and a corresponding capability gap assessment plan.
Coordination of the different global project deployment and regional initiatives.
Drive the continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes.
Governance for productivity initiatives & single point of contact for productivity initiatives in collaboration with CoEs.
Monitor the implementation of regular reporting and KPI's related to budget, cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes in order to guarantee the total control of the operation.
Ensure data consistency and accurate reporting in digital dashboards and project management applications. Prepare, manage and govern functional budget, share reports and dashboard with leadership
Implement standards working procedures, operating guidelines & systems. OPEN+ deployment.
Who we’re looking for
Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or Finance related fields
Have minimum 10 years of experience in leadership position in multinational organizations
Have excellent command of Excel and Power BI (or other reporting tool)
Equipped with knowledge and skills in business operations & procedures, organizational & planning, budget management, portfolio management, project management system, and pitching PRO
Familiarity to operate Microsoft Office applications (Excel - with macro capability, PowerPoint, & Word) for professional usage is a must
Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written & spoken
