Key Responsibilities
Verifies accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents
Supports the Customer Service and Yard Operations teams with data entry, reporting and customer communication
Coordinates documentation for incoming freight
Monitors and tracks incoming containers and inventory accuracy
Interacts with brokers, other departments, and the customer on a daily basis to communicate on status of freight and resolve pending issues
Provides constant communication with Customer Service and Operations to ensure the schedule of the day’s activity with containers is met
Ensures that the following day’s plan is discussed and followed
Any deviation to the plan should be communicated in a timely manner
Maintains direct contact with the customer on data integrity issues
Handles/assists with data changes and/or updates
Monitors equipment pools
Coordinates invoice/billing activities
Assists in planning/scheduling of container/trailer movement
Perform compliance assessments of Indonesia Projects, through evaluation of risks, processes and controls, in accordance with project management standards,â¦
Supervise and manage our service technician.
