Job Description
  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy to get the best performance marketing
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Meeting with team to ideate and define advertising requirements
  • Designing and developing online marketing campaigns to maximize search engine returns and website traffic
  • Monitoring SEM analytics such as redirects, click rates, and customer acquisition rates
  • Managing and adjusting PPC budgets to ensure maximum ROI for paid adverts
  • Generating performance reports and analytics for presentation and review.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
  • 2 years of experience in related fields (Search Engine, Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics, and Business Development)
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, semrush, brandwatch, etc)
  • Proficiency with analytics and PPC platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Exeptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
