Strategize, design and deliver communication initiatives to introduce, engage or promote certain products/services to specific user segments using various media.
Responsibilities
Build understanding of users demographic and behaviour
Strategize and design communication campaign for company products/services based on specific purposes briefed by business unit
Work with Campaign manager to deliver campaign proposal to business units
Oversee segment associate in coordinate with vendors to implement communication initiatives
Ensuring campaign plan and strategy are implemented in agreed timelines
Shared responsibility with Campaign Manager in monitoring the campaign implementation and do tactical changes if needed
Build report and insights every end of the month
Requirements
Having Experience minimal 1 Year in marketing communication, consumer behaviour research or mass communication, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Strong understanding in user behaviour
Know how to manage team and manage multiple communication channels
Creative thinking
Good project and vendor management skills
Solid data driven problem solving skills
Strong willingness to learn, iterate and experiment
