Job Description

Identify IT training needs through working with Senior Management and the internal IT and Development teams

Design technical training programs according to company requirements

Produce training schedules and prepare training material (presentations, worksheet, etc)

Identify training solutions and training gaps in the organization

Development and maintenance of training materials (curriculum and instructional material)

Designing and delivering high quality and Effective IT training

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training delivered
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as IT Training / IT Instructor

Skilled in conducting training needs analysis, evaluating programs, and implementing E-learning courses

A passion for IT and all things technical

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

The ability to encourage and motivate people

Required to be a person of great passion for learning and for sharing of knowledge

Good understanding of one or more programming languages ​​(Springboot Java, NodeJS, FrontEnd (HTML, CSS, ReactJS), ReactNative, Android Native, PHP Laravel)Good communication and people skills
