Job Description

Project Tasks

Conduct Project Management process according to applied BSI Project Methodology based on the determined role.

Proactively learn new technologies to enrich the knowledge of related unit.

Conduct requirement analysis, with discussion, create mock up, etc, and create appropriate to-be design document, and testing scenarios.

Operation Tasks

Provide periodic report based on the needs of related organizations requirement.

Support to realize improvement resumed in SII document.

Resolve incident to ensure the SLA achievement.
Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science.

Minimum 1 years experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst/Consultant.

Strong experience with about 1 years of project.

Intensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement

Having SQL skill is a plus

Understand of IT Services Market & Business

Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)

Have good MS Office skill sets.
