We are looking for a
Sales Effectiveness Associate who would provide operational support and business process administration. The Sales Effectiveness Associate should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. He/she should be someone who is energetic, fearless, and not afraid to be bold and firm when executing the assignment given to him/her.
What a day at work for you will look like
You will be responsible for maintaining all databases in Sales Effectiveness Team as well as making sure that it's always up to date
You will provide operational support and business process administration to the Sales Effectiveness Senior Manager in executing strategic initiatives
You will monitor sales performance metrics, keeping all operational dashboards in check tactically, and ensure data integrity throughout our CRM system
You will keep an eye and track pipeline hygiene and all reports that sales needs to do, making sure that they update it dilligently
You will be responsible for obtaining the relevant documents and resolving the related issues, or escalating it to the respective team
You will work across multiple function teams

Fluent in English
Bachelor degree from a reputable Indonesian or foreign University
0-2 years of experience, ideally in sales operations, sales strategy execution, data analysis, and sales analytics, or similar position in a company
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to Senior Manager Sales Effectiveness. During the interview process you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
