Collaborate with product and business team to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges
Work with designers to maintain consistent creative visual standards and governance across different landing pages
Translating the product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, user-testing, and iteration related to digital product design.
Plan and conduct research in order to gather insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions
Designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity product prototypes according to the UX concept for Lazada Indonesia Digital products
Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented on the design decisions
Maintain good relationships with the team and related departments/stakeholder in the implementation phase.
Designing interface element (UI) graphics according to design guidelines in order to increase product usage with appropriate design methods
Prepares all design assets for submission to the developer

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in visual communication design, communication science, or information technology
3-4 years of work experience as a UI or UX Designer in the industry Education background in Visual Communication Design, UI/Interaction Design, Product Design, Human - Computer Interaction or any other relevant Design disciplines
Have skills regarding prototype applications (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc)
Have skills regarding Wireframing and User Flows
Have the ability to create a Design System
HTML, CSS, Javascript skill is preferred
Deep understanding of UX Design for Complex Workflows
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
Has a high standard of output and is able to see all opportunities critically
Ability to conduct research such as Usability Testing, In-Depth Interview, Competitive Analysis, etc. Keen eye for details, highly motivated to solve problems, and the ability to calculate potential risks while anticipating unintended consequences
UX Certifications from respectable institutions are a plus.
