Job Description

Your mission

The role
1.To provide full and professional tools service at customers premises where necessary
2.To diagnose problematic and inefficient performance of all Desoutter, CP and Fuji tools products and take appropriate action to rectify performance
3.To service and reconstruct all power tool products
4.To identify and source spare parts and consumables required for the repair of tools
5.To carry out calibration, testing and certification of all Desoutter tool products, according to standard procedures
6.To determine and undertake all necessary preventative maintenance on all power tool products
7.To generate technical reports on service provided at site
8.To carry out pre delivery testing and inspection of tools as appropriate prior to delivery / site installation
9.To undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
10.To incorporate Flexible attitude to working out of normal as and when required.
