Job Description

Menangani masalah regulasi & risk prevention

Memberikan solusi terhadap masalah karyawan

Menangani proses administrasi hingga persetujuan kerja sama dengan karyawan baru

Bekerja sama dengan HR staff untuk mengadakan kegiatan untuk mempererat hubungan antar karyawan.

Menganalisa masalah hukum, perselisihan dalam industri, dan peraturan baru dalam perusahaan

Menganalisa dan menilik kesesuaian peraturan perusahaan dengan kondisi terkini
Minimal lulusan S1 Hukum

Memiliki pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai legal industrial relation

Memiliki pengetahuan tentang UU Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Tenaga Kerja

Memiliki pengalaman berorganisasi dan mengadakan kegiatan kekaryawanan

Memiliki kemampuan analisis permasalahan

Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi

Memiliki kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah

Mampu mengerjakan tugas sesuai tenggat waktu
