Job Description

houseofcuff looking for a Brand Manager who has industry experience in Men's Fashion retail (especially online, e-commerce industry). This role is base in West Jakarta.

We are currently scaling up our business fast and we are opening the opportunity for the right fitted individuals to join our journey together for the following position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking brand and provide the vision and strategies in managing as well as growing the brand to achieve Company Sales Target
  • Develop merchandise Strategy in order to ensure the achievement of sales, target and profitability strategies
  • Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand building initiative
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Experience in launching new products, defining product positioning, and delivering all onsite assets to help sell a product online preferred
  • Work closely with the creative team through production, to enable the creation of assets that serve our business, brand and customer experience goals
  • Review sales performance and suggest campaigns
  • Manage Social media & E-commerce ads budget and monitor budget spend effectiveness for brand
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder any field
  • Solid experience (2+years) in brand management or corporate planning (Especially online, e-commerce industry)
  • Advanced planning and analytical skills, including social media & e-commerce ads
  • Confidence in suggesting calculated risk.
  • Strong customer awareness and understanding.
  • Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness.
  • Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Permanen

Gaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp12.000.000 per bulan
